{"id":89,"date":"2009-03-02T04:14:24","date_gmt":"2009-03-02T04:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carmensrunway.com\/site\/?p=89"},"modified":"2011-06-29T04:14:42","modified_gmt":"2011-06-29T04:14:42","slug":"march-2-2009-%e2%80%93-health-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carmensrunway.com\/site\/march-2-2009-%e2%80%93-health-update\/","title":{"rendered":"March 2, 2009 \u2013 Health Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>Hello friends,<\/div>\n<div>Thank you to those that call or write to check in and see how\u00a0 i am  doing.\u00a0 I appreciate it very much.\u00a0I apologize for\u00a0not taken the calls  all the time as sometimes I honestly do not feel like talking.\u00a0I know it  has been a little while since you have heard from me.\u00a0 Last time I  shared, my health is stable.\u00a0 This is partially true.\u00a0 I had a follow up  appointment last week (Thursday) with the nephrologist and turns out  things are not as good as I had thought.\u00a0 From now on, I will have  someone go with me to these appointments.<\/div>\n<div>My kidney function is stable meaning that I have not lost any more  function.\u00a0 The protein\/blood in my urine has doubled.\u00a0 This is very bad  and can cause the function to continue to deteriorate and for things to  get worse.\u00a0They are very concerned about this.\u00a0 The fish oil is suppose  to help with this this. I am now authorized to take the 12,000 mg of  fish oil.\u00a0 I was working my way up and trust me, it takes awhile to get  used to taking 12 huge pills.<\/div>\n<div>My cholesterol has lowered 100 points.
