Wow! It’s been a month since my last words…I have to say I have really been enjoying some quality time with “Mr Right.” Things just keep getting better and better…! Still awaiting final confirmation on getting reactivated. Too many people involved and someone’s not sharing information. You know how that goes…

I had the lovely pleasue of meeting Monica- she’s the gal that wrote the story on her mother and bringing awarness to Organ Donation.  I have another idea for her to do an amazing story- won’t let the cat out of the bag just yet…;)

Unfortunately my Phosphorus is high again and the Dr had to change 3 of my meds a couple weeks ago. I have to openly admit I had a little more chocolate than usual during the holidays including hot chocolate. My next labs are drawn next week so, I’m gearing up for a good report…

My friend Anna was excited  as she got her call for her transplant yesterday…she also was disappointed as she was not able to receive the organ due to it being highly infected.  I called her to encourage her as I know how she feels.

I have been asked to speak at the next KC Missouri Kidney Workshop in March- looking forward to it and hoping I’m not recovering from another transplant then where I’d have to miss out.

Still meeting new people all the time and sharing my story- just met a gal from my church last night and she’s willing to consider being tested.

Well, it’s after midnight and I had better get to sleep. I have a busy day tomorrow.
