Hello to my friends and family,

I am taking this time to write one email to save the time of composing many.

I need your prayers right now!  I have recently been having some pretty massive headaches that came upon about every other day or even every day for the past few weeks and prior to that, a few months.  I have never had such massive headaches in my life.  I went to the Dr. last week and was informed that I have high blood pressure which is causing these headaches.  I am blessed to have caught them before they caused an annurism or even a stroke.  Yes, that is correct, I was on my way to having a stroke.  I am on blood pressure med to lower it.  I take it at night as it makes me terrbily dizzy.

I had one of these headaches last Tuesday and I could have sworn I thought my eardrums were going to burst along with my head.  I was advised to go to the ER.  I did.  I have a wonderful roommate who happened to be home and took me.  I have been blessed with some really great friends this year!  I have one friend that is holding me accountable and will come over to help me exercise 4 times a week.  I have had several friends call or text me everyday to see how I am doing.  It’s really nice.

I had some tests done on my renal arteries– this is the stomach, kidneys, liver, and whatever else falls in that catergory.  They found that I have protein spilling into my kidneys.  I am not sure what that means exactly, I will find out more in the next couple of days.

What I am now facing is a change of environment for a job for awhile.  Apparently, mine is too stressful and is slowly killing me.

I ask for your prayers for my health as well your support.  We all know networking is the best way to find jobs or people that are experts in a certain field.  I am asking you to give me names of who you know that I can contact.

I promise to keep you all posted.

I know God’s hand is in this– I wish He didn’t have to do it in such a painful way.
